Accessibility Policy | Amanda-Louise Knight Weddings Proposals & Events | Somerset & UK
Policy intention – how we work
We at Amanda-Louise Knight Weddings Proposals & Events believe that everyone has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort and independence. We strive to ensure that our services are accessible to everyone, including those with disabilities.
Should any of our clients need our information in a different language,we will do our best to translate our material.
We ask our clients if anyone has any disabilities (physical or learning)on their wedding, proposal, or event, so that we may consider any adaptions of our service delivery.
We have formed our unique systems and processes, but we know this may not work for all of our clients, so we are able to work flexibly aiming to adapt to our clients’ needs.
We recognise that some of our clients are not available during the workday hours, so we offer out of hours appointments, as well as online zoom meetings which also consider time differences for those outside of the UK.
Whilst we may not be able to pick up the telephone when our clients telephone us, but we aim to call them back as soon as we can. We also know that working in this industry,we have many months where we are working back-to-back outside of our office at our clients’ weddings, proposals or events, so we experience a delay in our admin duties, and we do all that we can to improve our efficiency of all areas of our business. We do value all our clients, and each of their days are important to us; and during our busy periods we have to prioritise our focus based on emergencies or order of event date.
We offer different means how to communicate with us, such as telephone, texts, whatsapp, email, letter, via our website, online virtual meetings, and 1:1 meeting.
